PGA – THOSE GUYS ARE GOOD

I am not a morning person.

Some days, I’m not even coherent until after I’ve had coffee, worked out, and showered.

That’s the reason I could never become a professional golfer.  Not that I’m anywhere near good enough.  I’m just learning to play the game.  But, I have noticed that some players are scheduled to tee off by 7:00am during tournaments.

To me, an early start time in golf is insane when you take into consideration the mindboggling amount of elements one needs to have knowledge of and have mastered in order to play a decent game.  Sometimes, I feel like I’m going to explode when I step up to the tee box.

So, after a recent game in which I played badly, I came home and jotted down the following impromptu list of golf terms that either my coach has given me guidance on, or which I’ve become aware of online or in books.  It’s no wonder I struggled:
